ISCTE Executive Education takes another step in the internationalization process, with the signing of a protocol with the Chinese Kingold Training College. This partnership allows the business school led by José Crespo de Carvalho to teach, as of September, the International Executive Master in Management at the Guangdong institution.
With this agreement, ISCTE Executive Education consolidates a ten-year presence and two successful programs taught in Guangdong and Guagzhou provinces, making it one of the three most successful foreign institutions in the region, alongside John Hopkins University.
“So far, the programs developed by ISCTE Executive Education in China have focused on health management and in partnership with Chinese universities. After this agreement, we entered another level of presence in this country, since it is pure training of executives”, explains José Crespo de Carvalho, president of the Portuguese business school.
On-demand training, customized for Chinese companies in the areas of management and leadership will be the next step in this agreement. “New and important results are expected at this level given the size of the Chinese market and its importance for the export of higher and executive education from Portugal, which has been very well worked by Portuguese schools in various parts of the world” , stresses the president of ISCTE Executive Education.
