The China International Import Expo (CIIE) is China’s first import-oriented exhibition event, aiming to liberalise trade and globalise the economy. Organised by the Chinese government through the country’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), it serves as a platform for foreign companies to showcase their products, technologies and services, as well as to promote exchange and cooperation at an international level.
By promoting global trade, facilitating negotiations and strengthening cooperation between companies and countries, CIIE attracts participants from over 100 countries and regions, while covering a wide range of industrial sectors, from automobile and new technologies, to food, consumer goods, services, trade, medical equipment, and many others.
CIIE brings together government officials, business communities, exhibitors and buyers from all over the world, and is committed to continuing to open up the Chinese market to the world and provide new channels for business and cooperation.
