China-Portugal R&D Forums:
“Energy Digitalization: Shaping the Future of Power”
The Sino-Portuguese Centre for New Energy Technologies, in collaboration with the Shanghai Investigation Design and Research Institute, is pleased to announce the first edition of the cycle of webinars “China-Portugal R&D Forums” on July 11th.
The webinar will focus on the topic “Energy Digitalization: Shaping the Future of Power” with the participation of renowed experts, including:
- JIANG Juan, General Manager of the Sino-Portuguese Centre for New Energy Technologies and Chief Engineer at the Shanghai Investigation, Design and Research Institute;
- Rui CASTRO, Full Professor at Técnico Lisboa, University of Lisbon, and Researcher at INESC-ID;
- Manuel PIO SILVA, Head of Digital Energy, EDP NEW;
- ZHANG Pengfei, Senior Engineer, Electric Power Planning & Engineering Institute;
- LI Yong, President of Zero Carbon Committee under the Western Returned Scholars Association and Deputy Director General of Beijing Carbon Neutralization Society.
The China-Portugal R&D Forums aim to promote technical exchange and enhance collaboration on relevant topics for the energy transition, mainly in Portugal and China.
