Portugal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILC) held last Monday, May 15, its 51st General Assembly.
This session was conducted in a hybrid format, enabling greater participation from the associates. Its main focus was the election of the new Governing Bodies for the term 2023-2025. Additionally, the approval of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts, and the presentation of the Budget and Activity Plan for 2023 took place.
Therefore, the insurance company Fidelidade, represented by António Noronha, assumes the presidency of CCILC with a list that comprises mostly companies from the previous board, ensuring the representation of companies with Chinese capital and key investors in the Portuguese economy. In addition, Frasma Global Advisory, Lda., along with Lektou Advogados and PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, joins the Board of the General Assembly. Please find the composition of the Governing Bodies below.
Regarding the end of EDP’s mandate, first represented by João Marques da Cruz and more recently by Vera Pinto Pereira, the CCILC team expresses its gratitude and appreciation for the commitment, dedication and, above all, the enormous contribution made to the promotion of bilateral relations between Portugal and China through its constant support to the structure and projects of the association.
CCILC will remain committed to identifying and capitalizing business opportunities for its members, to organizing informative and networking events, and to providing specialized services within the scope of approaching the Chinese/Portuguese market.
