MdME is proud to announce to its clients and partners the strengthening of its presence in the Portuguese market, with the opening of our new premises at the heart of Lisbon’s central business district, in Rua Barata Salgueiro.

The Lisbon team is comprised of well–established lawyers, recruited from some of the main portuguese law firms, and will be led by Partner José Leitão.

The Lisbon office advises corporate clients operating in Portugal in the fields of finance, investment funds, technology, construction, environment and renewable energies. The firm will also be assisting lusophone investment into China.

With this movement, MdME becomes the only law firm with presence in both Special Administrative Regions of China and in Portugal, with a headcount of more than 35 lawyers and 70 professionals operating in all three jurisdictions.
